Caleb is a committed teammate and trusted partner with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in both military and business environments. He served in the U.S. military as a U.S. Navy SEAL, where he developed strong leadership, discipline, and execution skills under demanding conditions.
Following his military service, Caleb worked as a product and segment marketer in the Institutional division at Ecolab, managing portfolios exceeding $300 million in annual revenue. He led product and segment strategy, drove growth initiatives, partnered closely with operations and logistics to optimize costs, and played a key role in developing and launching new product offerings.
In 2022, Caleb became a founding partner at Duco Capital, where he manages three portfolio companies generating over $120 million in combined revenue and employing more than 400 people. His leadership focuses on operational excellence, strategic growth, and value creation across the portfolio.
Caleb earned his MBA from the Carlson School of Management, where he served as President of the Veterans Club. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota with a double major in Genetics and Neuroscience. In recognition of his impact in private equity, Caleb was named Dealmaker of the Year in 2025 by Smart Business Dealmakers.
